Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 cans of tuna
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 can of mushroom pieces (drained)
  • 1 pkg broad pasta noodles

TOPPING:

  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp margarine

Instructions
 

  • Cook broad noodles and place in a greased casserole dish.
  • Mix sour cream, milk, tuna, salt & pepper & mushrooms in a separate dish and pour over the noodles.
  • Mix topping ingredients together (bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and margarine). Sprinkle over tuna noodle mixture.
  • Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
