Strawberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lg bag of spinach
  • 10 large firm strawberries

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp poppy seed

Instructions
 

  • Wash, drain and tear spinach into serving size pieces. Place in large bowl & chill.
  • Slice strawberries in half & set aside.
  • Mix dressing ingredients (except poppy seed) together in a blender.
  • Stir in poppy seed.
  • Just before serving, mix dressing with spinach and add strawberries.
