Spinach Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 250g pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup chopped crisp bacon
  • 2 tsp fresh dill
  • 1 garlic chopped
  • 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (drained)
  • 1 pumpernickel bread

Instructions
 

  • Cut off top of pumpernickel bread. Use the bread as a bowl. Cut out middle leaving sides about 1/2 thick.
  • Cube the removed bread and set aside. Put mixture into loaf and put the top back on.
  • Wrap entire loaf with foil and bake at 350F for 45 min.
  • Place on large platter and arrange the cut up pieces of bread around the sides.
