Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes

large potatoes, peeled & thinly sliced

onion, peeled & thinly sliced

butter or margarine

flour

milk

tbsp
heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
Add potatoes and onions to slow cooker in layers.
In large pot combine butter, flour, salt and pepper. Over medium-low heat, stir until butter is melted.
Gradually whisk in milk and cream until no lumps remain, cook until bubbly and thickened, about 10 minutes.
Pour sauce over potato & onion layers. Cover and cook for 4 hours on high or 5 - 7 hours on low.
