can pink salmon

pkg. cream cheese

lemon juice

tsp
grated onion

tsp
prepared horseradish (optional)

tsp
salt
1/4
tsp
Worcestershire sauce
pepper & garlic-salt to taste

tbsp
parsley

cup
crushed walnuts
Instructions
Drain and flake salmon, removing all skin and bones.
Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish (optional), salt, pepper, garlic-salt and Worchestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours.
Combine nuts and parsley.
Shape salmon combination into a ball and roll into nut & parsley mixture. Chill well and serve with crackers.
