Salmon Party Ball

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb can pink salmon
  • 227 ml pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp grated onion
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • pepper & garlic-salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 cup crushed walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Drain and flake salmon, removing all skin and bones.
  • Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish (optional), salt, pepper, garlic-salt and Worchestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours.
  • Combine nuts and parsley.
  • Shape salmon combination into a ball and roll into nut & parsley mixture. Chill well and serve with crackers.
