Pumpernickel Loaf Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 loaves pumpernickel bread
  • 1 lg sour cream
  • 1 pkg Knorr's vegetable soup mix
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained well)
  • 3 tbsp dill (fresh)
  • Add garlic to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix sour cream, soup, unthawed spinach and dill together. Refrigerate over night.
  • Carve out hole in one loaf. Cut up the inside of the loaf & the other loaf for dipping.
  • Place dip in the hole of the pumpernickel loaf with the pieces of the bread around the loaf.
