yogurt or sour cream

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
ground ginger

tsp
vanilla

cup
pears (peeled, cored & chopped)
Instructions
Cream butter, gradually beating in sugar.
Beat in eggs. Set aside.
Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture alternately with yogurt.
Stir in pears and vanilla.
Pour into buttered loaf pan.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 350F for 45 minutes.
