This is a recipe I was given more than 45 years ago by Jean McMillan of Auburn, Alabama. When I make this pie, I think of the wonderful cooks God placed in my life as He has placed so many wonderful people in my life.

Ingredients
1large frozen pie crust (I use Pet Ritz)
4ozlight cream cheese, softened
1cupconfectioner's sugar
1/2cupcrunchy peanut butter
1container Cool Whip
Hershey's chocolate syrup for garnish, if desired
Instructions
Bake empty pie shell according to package directions. Let cool.
Cream together the cream cheese and sugar; cream in the peanut butter. Fold in the Cool Whip.
Pour this mixture into pie shell. Freeze for more than 6-8 hours (usually overnight).
Makes eight slices. Serve with chocolate syrup if desired.Note: It will be hard to slice.
