Every Christmas my mom would make nuts and bolts. This became a tradition that I carried on. Every year my family asks me “are you making nut and bolts?” I even have the roaster mom used. Thanks mom, I miss you.

butter melted

vegetable oil

Celery salt

tbsp
Onion Powder

tbsp
Garlic Powder
1/4
tsp
Paprika

tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce

cups
Cheerios Cereal
7
cups
Life Cereal or Crispex
7
cups
Shreddies Cereal
3
cups
pretzels
2
cups
peanuts or mixed nuts
Instructions
In large roasting pan combine butter, oil and seasonings, mix well.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Bake in a 250 F oven for 3 hours. Mix every 30 minutes.
Cool and place in airtight container.
