garlic, minced

freeze dried basil

freeze dried dill or 1 tsp. fresh

pancake or maple syrup

cup
oil
salt and pepper
Instructions
Place all vegetables in a 9 x 9" or larger baking dish.
Combine oil, syrup and seasonings, pour over vegetables and stir.
Bake at 425 F for 40 to 45 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir twice during cooking. I often add chunks of sweet potato.
