We pick berries every summer, and cooking with them gives me such a feeling of peace and thankfulness for the beauty and provisions of God's creation. This also happens to be one of Rev. Matt's favourite desserts.

Ingredients
1/4cupbutter
2cupsgraham crumbs
1packagecream cheese
1cupsugar
1pkgdream whip (2 pkg for deeper pie)
2tsplemon juice
Berries (e.g.blueberries or Saskatoons)
2tbspcorn starch
Instructions
Melt butter
Mix in Graham Crumbs
Press mix into pie dish and refrigerate
Whip Dream Whip until peaks form
Whip Cream Cheese with 1 cup sugar
Add Lemon Juice and mix
Combine the Dream Whip and Cream Cheese mixtures and mix thoroughly
Spread on top of crumb mix
Simmer half berries in a cup of water and thicken with corn starch
