Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 120g package stuffing mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and garlic powder until well blended.
  • Press into 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Make an indentation in the centre of each then spoon barbeque sauce into the centre of each meatloaf.
  • Bake 30 minutes, top with cheese and continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
