Ingredients

(1 pkg) frozen sweet peas, thawed
1 cup
peanuts
1/4
cup
chopped green onions
1/2
lb
bacon, cooked and crumbled
1
cup
craisins (dried cranberries)
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
1 1/2
tbsp
vinegar
1
tsp
sugar
ground pepper to taste
1/4
tsp
each of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
Optional ingredients:
1
cup
cauliflower, chopped
1/2
cup
celery
You may need a bit of extra dressing if you add extra ingredients.
Instructions
Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasonings.
Add the mixture to the other ingredients and toss well.
Chill for at least an hour before serving.
