Crunchy Pea Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz (1 pkg) frozen sweet peas, thawed
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ground pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp each of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce

Optional ingredients:

  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • You may need a bit of extra dressing if you add extra ingredients.

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasonings.
  • Add the mixture to the other ingredients and toss well.
  • Chill for at least an hour before serving.
