Creamy Tuscan Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

olive oil

cup
18 - 35% cream

cup
chicken broth

tbsp
garlic powder
1
tbsp
Italian seasoning or oregano
½
cup
grated parmesan cheese
1
cup
spinach, chopped
½
cup
sun-dried tomatoes
Instructions
In a large skillet, add oil and cook the chicken on medium heat 3-5 minutes per side, until browned and no longer pink. Set chicken aside.
To the pan, add in the cream, broth, seasonings and cheese.
Whisk over medium high heat until it starts to thicken.
Add spinach and tomatoes and simmer until the spinach starts to wilt.
Add the chicken back to the pan and stir through.
Serve over pasta.
