Ingredients

cups
all purpose flour
1/2
tsp
salt
1 1/3
tsp
baking powder

tbsp
bacon or pork fat (in 1 2/3 cups of warm water)
Instructions
Mix well. Knead until all flour is used and dough is smooth.
Roll to 1 1/2 inch thick.
Prick with fork and bake on cookie sheet at 500 degrees (F) for 20 minutes.
