    Wayne’s Chili

    This was my mother’s recipe and brings back many good memories of her.

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 2 cans tomato soup (use a cheaper brand, not Campbells as it is too thick)
    • 1 can red kidney beans (98ml)
    • 1 tbsp White Vinegar
    • 4 tbsp Worchcestershire Sauce
    • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
    • 1/16 tsp Habanero Pepper (optional)
    • 2 cloves Garlic
    • 1 Medium Onion

    Note:

    • Diced Tomatoes can be substituted for 1 can of soup.

    Instructions
     

    • Chop onions and garlic and sauté in a large frying pan.
    • Add ground beef and cook. Drain fat.
    • Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for about an hour. I like to serve this over white rice.
