Wayne’s Chili
Print RecipeThis was my mother’s recipe and brings back many good memories of her.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cans tomato soup (use a cheaper brand, not Campbells as it is too thick)
- 1 can red kidney beans (98ml)
- 1 tbsp White Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Worchcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/16 tsp Habanero Pepper (optional)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Medium Onion
Note:
- Diced Tomatoes can be substituted for 1 can of soup.
Instructions
- Chop onions and garlic and sauté in a large frying pan.
- Add ground beef and cook. Drain fat.
- Add remaining ingredients and let simmer for about an hour. I like to serve this over white rice.
