Tuna Noodle Casserole

- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cans of tuna
- salt & pepper
- 1 can of mushroom pieces (drained)
- 1 pkg broad pasta noodles
TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp margarine
Instructions
- Cook broad noodles and place in a greased casserole dish.
- Mix sour cream, milk, tuna, salt & pepper & mushrooms in a separate dish and pour over the noodles.
- Mix topping ingredients together (bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and margarine). Sprinkle over tuna noodle mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
