    Ingredients
      

    • 1 cup panko crumbs
    • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
    • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
    • 12 oz egg noodles
    • 3 tbsp butter
    • ½ onion, diced
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 -3 tbsp flour
    • 2 cups chicken broth
    • 1 cup milk
    • 2 cups frozen peas
    • 2 cans tuna (6 oz)
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 400 F
    • In a small bowl, use a fork to mix together the crumbs, parmesan and oil. Set aside
    • Lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan
    • Cook noodles and place in baking dish.
    • Melt butter in a medium sauce pan. Add the onion and saute 5 - 7 minutes
    • Stir in garlic and flour for 1 minute
    • Slowly pour in the broth and milk and simmer, stirring constantly until thickened.
    • Stir in the peas and tuna. Pour over pasta . Add in the cheese and toss to coat.
    • Sprinkle with panko crumb mixture.
    • Bake, uncovered, 15-30 min. until topping is lightly browned.
