Salmon Party Ball

- 1 lb can pink salmon
- 227 ml pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated onion
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish (optional)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- pepper & garlic-salt to taste
- 3 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
Instructions
- Drain and flake salmon, removing all skin and bones.
- Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish (optional), salt, pepper, garlic-salt and Worchestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Chill for several hours.
- Combine nuts and parsley.
- Shape salmon combination into a ball and roll into nut & parsley mixture. Chill well and serve with crackers.
