    Our Favourite Meatloaf

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tsp seasoned salt
    • 1 tsp onion powder
    • 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
    • 1/4 cup fine bread crumps or can use 1 cup oats
    • 1 large carrot , fine shredded
    • 2 tbsp fresh or 2 tsp dried parsley
    • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
    • 1 lb ground pork

    Instructions
     

    • In a large bowl, beat eggs; add milk, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt & onion powder.
    • Mix well. Stir in oats, bread crumbs, carrot & parsley.
    • Combine beef & pork and add to egg mixture.
    • Mix well. Press into loaf pan, or shape into a loaf.
    • Bake at 350 F for 75-90 minutes.
