Heat margarine in microwave until melted. Let cool slightly.
Beat the eggs in a medium sized bowl and add margarine, beating well.
Add 1/2 cup of water and beat until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
In a heated pan brushed with vegetable oil, fry the underside of the pancake, shaking the pan from time to time until the pancake comes loose. (You can also use a spatula). Check the underside to see if it is browned to your liking, then flip and fry the topside as well. Makes a great snack!
