Mary's Crab Dip
Print RecipeThis is a great dish because it is so simple to make but makes your guests think you went to a lot of work. As I make this dip, I reflect on how blessed I am; my soul resonates with the beauty of God's creation and how creation comes together to make something so satisfying.
Ingredients
- 4 oz light cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use Light Hellman's)
- 1 can crab meat
- 1/4 onion, diced
- splash of Tabasco sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Soften cream cheese. Combine with mayonnaise, then add in crab, onion, Tabasco sauce, and lemon juice.
- Place in small, well-oiled (I use Pam) casserole dish. .
- Bake for 30 minutes (top should be starting to brown). Serve with baked pita chips, crudités, etc
