    Easy Scalloped Potatoes

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 1 stalk of celery
    • Dash of pepper
    • 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
    • 1 small onion (thinly sliced or diced)
    • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
    • Dash of paprika
    • 1/4 cup bread crumbs, (if desired)

    Instructions
     

    • Stir soup, milk, celery and pepper.
    • Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions and soup sauce in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
    • If desired, sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
    • Cover and bake at 375F for 1 hour.
    • Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
