Easy Scalloped Potatoes

- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 stalk of celery
- Dash of pepper
- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 small onion (thinly sliced or diced)
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- Dash of paprika
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs, (if desired)
Instructions
- Stir soup, milk, celery and pepper.
- Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onions and soup sauce in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
- If desired, sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
- Cover and bake at 375F for 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
