Crunchy Pea Salad

- 10 oz (1 pkg) frozen sweet peas, thawed
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ground pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp each of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce
Optional ingredients:
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery
- You may need a bit of extra dressing if you add extra ingredients.
Instructions
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, pepper and seasonings.
- Add the mixture to the other ingredients and toss well.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving.
