Barbados Beef Stew

- 3 lbs stew beef
- 3 tbsp flour
- 15 oz canned tomatoes
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 carrots
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1 tsp ginger
Instructions
- Toss meat with flour and brown.
- Add tomatoes, onions, salt, molasses, and vinegar. Cook 2 hours.
- Add raisins, carrots and ginger. Cook 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
