Bannock (A Canadian Indigenous Bread)

- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp bacon or pork fat (in 1 2/3 cups of warm water)
Instructions
- Mix well. Knead until all flour is used and dough is smooth.
- Roll to 1 1/2 inch thick.
- Prick with fork and bake on cookie sheet at 500 degrees (F) for 20 minutes.
