    Baked Beans with Bacon

    Ingredients
      

    • 4-5 cans pork and beans, any flavour, semi-drained.
    • 1 large onion, chopped
    • 1 large green onion, chopped
    • ⅓ - ½ cup ketchup
    • ¼ cup mustard
    • 2 tbsp molasses
    • 2 tbsp brown sugar, to taste
    • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
    • 3-5 slices bacon, chopped for top layer

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat oven to 350 F
    • Mix all ingredients, except bacon. Taste for sweetness.
    • Place in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with bacon.
    • Bake with lid on for 30 minutes. Remove lid and bake for another 45 - 60 minutes.
