Pumpernickel Loaf Dip

- 2 loaves pumpernickel bread
- 1 lg sour cream
- 1 pkg Knorr's vegetable soup mix
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach (thawed & drained well)
- 3 tbsp dill (fresh)
- Add garlic to taste
Instructions
- Mix sour cream, soup, unthawed spinach and dill together. Refrigerate over night.
- Carve out hole in one loaf. Cut up the inside of the loaf & the other loaf for dipping.
- Place dip in the hole of the pumpernickel loaf with the pieces of the bread around the loaf.
