Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

- 1 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olived oil
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Place Brussels sprouts in a baking dish (I use a baking sheet). Drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup, and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with bacon pieces; season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in preheated oven until bacon is crispy and sprouts are caramelized, about 45 minutes, stirring halfway through.
