Chicken in Lemon Dill

- 1/2 lb butter or margarine
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup sliced canned or fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp dill
- 1 frying chicken (3 lb.), cut into pieces
Instructions
- Melt butter in large skillet.
- Add all ingredients in order given.
- Bring to boil and add chicken.
- Turn heat down. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes until tender. Serve with noodles or rice.
