    Chicken in Lemon Dill

    Ingredients
      

    • 1/2 lb butter or margarine
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 clove of garlic, minced
    • dash of pepper
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 1 cup sliced canned or fresh mushrooms
    • 1 tsp dill
    • 1 frying chicken (3 lb.), cut into pieces

    Instructions
     

    • Melt butter in large skillet.
    • Add all ingredients in order given.
    • Bring to boil and add chicken.
    • Turn heat down. Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes until tender. Serve with noodles or rice.
